Returning the goods

GUARANTEES

The company “SIBO PAKUOTĖS” guarantees high quality of the products. If the product is of inadequate quality, we will replace it. You can report a defective product by calling +370868549002, or by e-mailing dariusd@sibo-pakuotes.lt.

In the letter, indicate:

• Order number;
• quantity of defective products;
• attach photos.
  
  In the shortest possible time we will contact you to solve this problem.

PURCHASE RETURNS

If you bought the goods in our online store “SIBO PAKUOTĖS” and they did not fit you in size, you can return them to the warehouse within 7 days after purchase and exchange for a different size product. In such cases, you must pay the return/delivery costs of the order.

Please note that: the item must be unused, undamaged and not have lost its value.
