1. General provisions.
1.1. These purchase rules are intended to provide information on UAB “SIBO PAKUOTĖS” (“Seller”) and to arrange for sale (“Rules”) of goods (“Goods”) sold in this e-shop to the persons who purchase goods (“Buyer”) in the e-shop. .
1.2. The buyer, upon submitting the order, confirms that he agrees with these Rules.
1.3. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to be concluded from the moment when the Buyer has formed a basket of goods in the online store, indicating the delivery address, choosing the method of payment and familiar with the Rules, clicking on the “Buy” button.
2. Protection of personal data.
2.1. When ordering goods in “SIBO PAKUOTĖS” online store, the buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, address and e-mail address.
2.2. The buyer is responsible for submitting the correct data at the time of purchase.
2.3. By submitting an order, the Buyer agrees that personal data submitted by him will be processed for the purpose of order fulfillment. The Buyer also agrees that the E-mail indicated by the Buyer The mailing lists will be sent to the mail address required for the ordering of the goods.
2.4 The customer’s personal data may only be processed for marketing purposes if the Buyer himself expresses his consent.
2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Customer’s personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State institution in the cases stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the individual written consent of the Buyer.
3. Buyer’s rights and obligations.
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay to the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and accept them.
3.2 Provide complete, complete and correct information on the billing form. If the Buyer submits inaccurate, false or misleading information in the settlement form, “SIBO PAKUOTĖS” has the right to cancel the registration of the Buyer and delete the data.
3.2. After the Customer has changed the data submitted on the Purchase Form, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately.
3.3. The Buyer has the right to cancel the Purchase and Sale Agreement in accordance with the provisions set out in the Returns Regulations.
3.4. By placing an order in the online store “SIBO PAKUOTĖS”, the Buyer agrees with these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to establish them in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller’s rights and obligations.
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store “SIBO PAKUOTĖS”.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability and security of the online store or breaches its obligations, the Seller is entitled immediately, without notice, to restrict, suspend or cancel the buyer’s access to the online store.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy right to the Personal Information contained in the Purchaser, indicated on the Purchase Form, and do not transfer it to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated by the Buyer.
4.5. The seller may, temporarily or in whole, terminate the activities of the online store without having informed the Buyer in the event of significant circumstances.
4.6. The seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Terms.
4.7 If the Buyer, following the use of these services, uses the services provided by “SIBO PAKUOTĖS”, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the amendment of the Rules.
5. Order of goods, prices, billing, terms.
5.1. Online shop Buyer can buy online 7 days a week, 24 hours. Daily, but the order is processed only on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:30.
5.2. All product prices in the online shop are in euros.
5.3. The Buyer undertakes to pay the order within 2 (two) business days from the date of confirmation of the order. The shipment starts only after payment for the goods.
5.4. If the buyer fails to pay within 2 business days, the order is canceled.
6. Delivery of goods.
6.1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer can not accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to express Seller’s claims regarding the delivery of the goods to the unfit entity.
6.3. Goods are sent to the Buyer within 2 business days, from payment confirmation.
6.4. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for failure to comply with delivery terms if the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer or delivered in a timely manner due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
6.5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is received in the damaged package, if the unsalted goods received or inappropriate quantity received in the consignment, incomplete goods.
6.6. Buyer must email. Send a copy of the photo of the damaged parcel and / or the item (s) to the Seller.
7. Quality of goods, warranties.
7.1. All goods sold in the online store “SIBO PAKUOTĖS” are listed in the product description for each item.
7.2. The quantities of goods depicted in the shop in the photos are not always related to the price of the item – the goods may be depicted in more than one unit price. The units are indicated in the product description. The color of the goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Buyer.
7.3. The seller may provide an appropriate quality guarantee for the specific types of goods, the specific terms and conditions of which are specified in the description of the product.
8. Marketing and information.
8.1. A seller in the online store “SIBO PAKUOTĖS” can organize various promotions and offers.
8.2. The seller has the right to change the terms of the shares unilaterally, without any notice, and cancel them. Any modification or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares is effective from the moment when they are changed or canceled.
8.3. The Seller sends notices to the Buyer at the e-mail address indicated on the Buyer’s purchase form.
8.4. The buyer sends all messages and questions to Seller’s e-mail. Contacts in the “Contacts” section of the shop.
8.5. The Seller is not liable if the Buyer does not receive sent information or confirmation messages regarding the Internet connection, the providers of electronic network service failures, entering the messages into the SPAM directory or due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
8.6 The customer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in clause 2.4 of these Rules.
9. Final provisions.
9.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods are concluded in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes arising from the enforcement of these rules are resolved by negotiation. Failing to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
